Pharmacological characteristics:

Antigerm is a combined drug. Its activities are determined by joint impact of its components on germ cells. Chloramphenicole has bacterioctatic effect due to interrelation of germ ribosome with 50S subunit, which destroys protein synthesis.

Gentian-violet is an antiseptic paint. It is characterized with antibacterial and anti-fungi activities due to interrelation of germ cells with acid group of nucleoproteins.

Cemi spray is active against Streptococcus spp., Haemophilus spp., Klebsiella spp., Clostridium spp., Fusobacterium spp., Rickettsia spp., Chlamydia spp. and some protozoas.

Effects:

Skin infection in domestic animals and dogs:

• - Wounds (including surgery wounds);
• - Hoof infections (dermatitis);
• - Open abscess, ulcers;

Dosage:

Hurt areas are cleaned of dirth before usage of drug and dead tissues are removed as well. Aerosol vial is shaken well. It is sprayed on hurt areas during 1-2 seconds from the distance of 10-20cm. After spraying animals aren't given an opportunity to lick the drug for 5 minutes. Treatment course depends of wound severity and speed of its cicatrization. But it must not exceed 10 days.

Side effects:

Allergic reactions: local reactions of skin, appearance of ulcer on mucous cover;

Contraindications:

Increased sensitivity to chloramphenicol;

Special warning:

In case of side effects drug administration is stopped, processed areas are washed and symptom therapy is carried out.

Considering the fact that drug isn't absorbed by blood circulation system, there are no restrictions regarding slaughtering animals for meat consumption purposes and milk usage. In case of slaughtering animals, it is necessary to utilize the area that is processed by Chemi Spray;

Safety rules:

Drug must be used in well-aerated building. We must hold drug vial in stretched hand to avoid drug contact with unprotected areas of skin and mucous cover. In case of contact with skin and mucous cover they must be washed with plenty of water.

It isn't allowed to spray the drug near the fire. It isn't allowed to dismantle the vial or make holes in them.

B list. Drug is kept in dry area, which is protected from light in the temperature of 5-25⁰C. Drug must be kept away from direct sunrays and we must avoid heating the vial up to 45⁰C.
