Indications

Imidovil injection solution is used for treatment and prevention of babesia of horse, sheep, donkey, mule, dog and cattle
Animals according to their species are sensitive to the following protozoa: Cattle: Babesia bovis, B. bigemina, Horses: B. caballi, B. equi. Donkey and mules: B. caballi, Dogs: B. canis, Sheep: B. ovis.

Rules of usage and dosage

Therapeutic (treatment) dose: cattle - 1,2mg/kg live bodyweight;

Sheep - 1mg/kg live bodyweight;

Horse - 2,4 mg/kg live bodyweight;

Dogs - 3 mg/kg live bodyweight;

Preventive dose: horses – 2,4 mg/kg live bodyweight; for two days;

Against B. caballi 4 mg/kg live bodyweight; for three days;

Against B. equi 7,5 mg/kg live bodyweight; for two days;

Dogs – Recommended preventive dose 6 mg/kg live bodyweight;

Practical dose:

Notice:  Cattle, horse, donkey and sheep – medicine is injected into muscles.

Dogs – subcutaneous injection.

Storage conditions: It is kept in a place protected from light, at a room temperature;

Shelf-life: 2 years.
