Composition:
1g of ointment contains: Ichthyol 0.1mg or 0.2mg;
Excipients: Vaseline, Emulsifier T-2.
Description: Black or dark brown ointment with a characteristic odor.
Form of Release: 10% ointment in 20g polyethylene jar; 20% ointment in 20g polyethylene jar
Pharmacological Properties:
An external preparation with anti-inflammatory, antiseptic effects, as well as local analgesic properties. It promotes wound healing.
Indications for Use:
Open wounds, burns, eczema, dermatitis, purulent wounds, scars, cracks.
Method of Application and Dosage:
Apply locally by rubbing onto the affected area and surrounding tissues or by applying a thin layer on clean white cloth or gauze. Dressings and rubs are performed 2-3 times a day until recovery.
Side Effects:
No side effects observed. Hypersensitivity to the components may occur.
Contraindications:
None observed.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dry, light-protected place at a temperature not exceeding 20°C.
