Dosage form: Injection solution used in veterinary.

Therapeutic group: Systemic anti-microbe agent, antibiotic.

Target species:  cattle, swine;

Composition: 1 ml contains: tylosin 200mg; excipient q.s. 1ml.

Indications:

-    Cattle (cows during non-lactation period): respiratory complex of bulls, generally linked to Pasteurella multocida and Corynebacterium pyogenes,  pneumonia, bronchitis, diphteria  and metritis.

-    Swine: arthritis, pneumonia, vibrio dysenteria.

Presentation: 50 ml; 100 ml and 250 ml containers.

Dosage:

Medicine is injected into muscles:

-    Cattle: 0,5-0,9ml 10kg live bodyweight (which is equivalent to tylosin base 10-18mg/ kg live bodyweight) once in 24 hours, for 3-5 days.

-    Swine: 0,45-0,5 ml 10 kg live bodyweight (which is equivalent to tylosin base 9-10mg/ kg live bodyweight) one in every 12 hours for 3 days.

Storage conditions: it is kept in a dry place that is protected from light and heat.

Shelf life: 2 years.
