Composition
1g of medicine contains 500mg florfenicol.
Indications
It is used fro treatment of fresh-water (trout, salmon, carp) and sea (bream, redsish) fish in case of following diseases: furunculosis (Aeromonas salmonicida), vibriosis (Vibrio anguillaruam), yersiniosis (Yersinia ruckerii), bacterial haemorrhagic septicemia (Aeromonas hydrophila, Pseudomonas sp.), Columnaris disease (Flexibaqter columnaris), streptococcal infection (hemolytic and non hemolytic streptococcus), winter diseases (Pseudomonas anguliseptica), Edwardsielloasis (Edwerdsiella ictaluri, Edweersiella tarda), pasteurellosis (photobacterium damsel subsp. Piscidia), marine flexibacteriosis (Tenacibaculum maritinum) in farm fish.
Package:
100g, 500g, 1000g white polyethylene jars and 25kg white polyethylene buckets.
Usage rule and dosage
Florvil Aqua is administered per-orally by mixing into fish food.
Pharmacological dose: 10mg/kg live body weight.
Practical dose: 0.02g/kg live body weight.
Treatment period is 10 days.
