Incubator

Advanced Incubators for Household and Micro-Farming

These incubators are designed for family farms and micro-entrepreneurs, providing automatic temperature and humidity control, as well as automatic egg turning. Their durability, ease of use, and practicality make them ideal for hatching various types of poultry eggs (chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys, quail, etc.), helping you expand small-scale poultry operations.

Available Models & Capacity

  • AK–25: up to 25 eggs
  • AK–42: up to 42 eggs
  • AK–140: up to 140 eggs
  • AK–210: up to 210 eggs
  • AK–560: up to 560 eggs
  • AK–700: up to 700 eggs

Power & Backup

  • Standard 220–240 V operation
  • Optional inverter for use with a car battery
  • Maintains heat for up to 2 hours without electricity (battery recommended for longer outages)

Automatic Controls

  • Temperature: Pre-programmed at ~37.8°C
  • Humidity: Water channels at the base for ~50–60% days 1–17, ~65–75% days 18–21
  • Egg Turning Mechanism: Slow rotation every 2 hours; a full turn every 4 hours

Incubation Guidelines

  • Recommended Room Temperature: +25°C
  • Egg Selection & Cleaning: Use clean, fertilized eggs (1–5 days old). Lightly disinfect with warm water (~20–40°C) if necessary.
  • Ventilation: Periodically open the lid (briefly) to refresh air, but avoid frequent openings—especially on days 18–21.
  • Chick Hatching Timeline:
    • Chickens: ~21 days
    • Ducks/Turkeys: ~27–28 days
    • Muscovy Ducks: ~34 days
    • Geese: ~30 days
    • Quail: ~17 days

Day 18–21 (Critical Hatch Phase)

  • Remove the turning mechanism and place eggs on a flat tray.
  • Increase humidity to ~65–75%.
  • Optionally reduce temperature slightly (e.g. 37.5°C) if some chicks are slow to hatch.
  • Limit opening the incubator to preserve stable conditions.

Cleaning & Maintenance

  • After each cycle, thoroughly clean and disinfect.
  • Keep vents unobstructed for proper airflow.
  • Do not expose to direct sunlight or high temperature fluctuations.

Note: Actual hatch rates depend on proper egg quality, stable room conditions, and adherence to guidelines. Even though the incubator is automated, regular monitoring and timely response to alarms are essential for success.
