Dosage Form: Oral powder, used in veterinary medicine.

Indications for Use:
Tylosin tartrate powder is used for the treatment and prevention of:
- Poultry – respiratory mycoplasmosis, infectious sinusitis in turkeys, chronic respiratory infections in chicks and turkeys, spirochetosis, necrotic enteritis, and infectious rhinitis in chickens.
- Piglets – dysentery, bacterial gastroenterocolitis, and for the prevention and treatment of bronchopneumonia.
- Calves, lambs, kids – dysentery, gastroenterocolitis, and bronchopneumonia caused by tylosin-sensitive microorganisms.
Dosage Form:
0.5 g, 25 g in polyethylene bottles, 250 g in polyethylene bags.
Method of Administration and Dosage:
The product is given orally to livestock and poultry with drinking water. During prophylaxis and treatment, only antibiotic-treated water should be used.
The product should be dissolved in a small amount of water first, then added to the main volume of water (not vice versa). The prepared solution should be diluted to the required concentration.
Prevention of respiratory mycoplasmosis and infectious sinusitis:
- 1 g of tylosin tartrate per 2 L of drinking water for 3-5 days.
- Breeding poultry – 35 g of tylosin tartrate per 1000 chicks within the first 72 hours after hatching.
- Broilers – treatment is carried out at 72 hours after hatching, with a repeat at 28-29 days.
- Turkeys – 12.5 g of tylosin tartrate for 1-3 days within the first 5 days of life, followed by a repeat treatment at 1 month (7.5 g per 100 turkeys).
- Piglets – 0.25 g (1/4 teaspoon) per 1 L of water for 3-10 days.
- Calves, lambs, kids – 1 g of antibiotic per 1 L of water (6-15 mg/kg) for 3-8 days.
Storage Conditions:
Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature.
