Composition:
Oxyclozanid - 500 mg;
Pharmacological characteristics:
Oxyclozanid is an antihelminth drug of salicylanilide group. Oxyclozanid destroys oxidizing phosphoraous cycle, which causes reduction of ATP level. It causes destruction of metabolic processes in helminthes, which causes death of parasites.
Oxyclozanid is absorbed slowly. In case of peroral administration therapeutic concentration in blood plasma reaches in 24 hours. It is excreted via faeces.
Effects:
Phistoclozanid is used for treatment of cattle, sheep and goats diseased with fasciliosis, paramphystomatosis, monieziasis;
Dosage:
Cattle, swine, goats - paramphystomatosis, monieziasis - 1 pill (500 mg) - 33-35 kg b/w;
Fasciliosis- 1 pill (500 mg) - 50 kg b/w;
Withdrawal period:
It is allowed to slaughter animals for meat consumption after 14 days from the last administration of the drug;
Side effects:
No side effects are reported, if drug is administered in a recommended dose. Increased sensitivity to drug components;
Contraindications:
It isn't recommended to use drug in cattle in the first and last quarter of gestation.

B list. Drug is kept in dry area, which is protected from light in the temperature of 200C.
